“For the price, this hotel was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly we felt safe in the area. We usually don’t stay in areas with outdoor corridors but we were just passing through the area and had a first floor room with easy access to our vehicle right outside our door. The pool was clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. There were restaurants nearby and a Traveling J in walking distance for snacks ”
“Stayed 3 nights in August 2025 with my better half. We are simple, easy going people. While we do get to spend nights at hotels that are $400+ a night (for work purposes) even they like to nickel & dime you. This hotel was 100% opposite of that on the financial side and just as relaxing to stay at as the super expensive hotels.
Hot breakfast & cocktail hour w/ snacks all of which was complimentary. A nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub was relaxing. A very nice in hotel bar that we did not...

“The Brookstown Inn is our favorite place to stay when visiting Winston Salem. We have stayed multiple times and it’s always great! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The historical feel of the property is nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great breakfast, wine and cheese hour and milk and cookies at night. We always enjoy our stay here!”

“The vinyl couch had some dirt that could have been wiped in between guests. Chair cushion seams coming undone. Bathroom could have been fresher looking and less “used” looking. Ceiling had drop tiles that looked dated and not “fresh”. Heavy caulking with spots in it. Shower curtain had mildew discoloration at the bottom and I’m always a stickler for seeing hairs upon arrival. I can’t be the only one who dislikes loose hairs in a hotel room (or anywhere for that matter). It was not dirty, it just...
“It was so peaceful and the cabin was set up perfectly. The communication was perfect and made me feel safe with all the things I needed to know. I can't wait to come back to the area and bring more of my family. I won't stay anywhere else.”
